Pagarid k\u00fcpsetavad erinevaid leibu, saiu ja k\u00fcpsetisi. Kondiitrid valmistavad erinevaid torte, kooke, rullbiskviite ja keekse.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6 on huvitav ja mitmek\u00fclgne, sageli valmistatakse tooteid eritellimuse alusel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eriala \u00f5ppimine eeldab:<\/strong> k\u00e4elist osavust, kunstimeelt, kiiret reaktsiooni, oskust jaotada t\u00e4helepanu \u00fchel ajal mitmele t\u00f6\u00f6le, f\u00fc\u00fcsilist vastupidavust, puhtusearmastust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d5pitakse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>erialatehnoloogia;<\/li>\n<li>toiduainete \u00f5petus;<\/li>\n<li>seadmete \u00f5petus;<\/li>\n<li>t\u00f6\u00f6 organiseerimine;<\/li>\n<li>h\u00fcgieeni- ja puhastus\u00f5petus;<\/li>\n<li>men\u00fc\u00fc koostamine ja hinnakujundus;<\/li>\n<li>erialased v\u00f5\u00f5rkeeled;<\/li>\n<li>majanduse ja ettev\u00f5tluse alused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00d5ppet\u00f6\u00f6s kasutatakse ka <strong>e-\u00f5pet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Praktika:<\/strong> praktiline v\u00e4lja\u00f5pe kutse\u00f5petaja juhendamisel toimub kooli \u00f5ppelaboris ning Tallinna parimates pagari- ja kondiitriettev\u00f5tetes (nt O\u00dc Pagaripoisid, Radisson Blu Hotell Ol\u00fcmpia).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kutsekvalifikatsiooni eksamid:<\/strong> peale \u00f5pingute l\u00f5petamist ja pooleaastast t\u00f6\u00f6kogemust on v\u00f5imalik sooritada Kondiiter, tase 4 v\u00f5i Pagar, tase 4 kutseeksam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00f6\u00f6turuv\u00f5imalused:<\/strong> l\u00f5petaja v\u00f5ib leida t\u00f6\u00f6d pagari- ja kondiitrit\u00f6\u00f6stuses ning toitlustusasutustes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erialased edasi\u00f5ppimise v\u00f5imalused:<\/strong> kutsehariduse tasemel on v\u00f5imalik j\u00e4tkata \u00f5pinguid toiduainete tehnoloogia \u00f5ppekaval. Sama eriala on v\u00f5imalik edasi \u00f5ppida k\u00f5rgkoolis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00e4helepanu!<\/strong> \u00d5pilastel tuleb osta t\u00f6\u00f6riided ja jalan\u00f5ud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toetused (s\u00f5idu-, eri- ja p\u00f5hitoetus). <\/strong>T\u00e4nap\u00e4evane \u00f5ppekeskkond, sportimisv\u00f5imalused, \u00f5pilaskodu. V\u00f5imalus osaleda koolisisestel, vabariiklikel ja rahvusvahelistel v\u00f5istlustel, sooritada praktika v\u00e4lismaal.
