Lisaks koolimajas toimunud tundidele osalesid \u00f5pilased kahel \u00f5ppek\u00e4igul koos eriala\u00f5petajate Kerli Vint ning Diane Sarapuu-Kelder juhendamisel. K\u00fclastati <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palacehotel.ee\/et\/\">hotell Palace<\/a>, kus \u00fchel \u00f5ppek\u00e4igul tutvuti hotelli kui majutusasutuse tegevustega, \u00f5piti s\u00f5navara mis on seotud majutusega ja majapidamist\u00f6\u00f6dega hotellinumbritubades, hommikus\u00f6\u00f6gi teeninduse ning konverentside korraldamisega. Teisel k\u00fclastusel hotelli keskenduti restorani t\u00f6\u00f6 s\u00f5navarale. R\u00e4\u00e4kimisoskuse arendamine toimus suulise suhtluse kaudu \u2013 k\u00fcsimusi k\u00fcsis nii personal \u00f5pilastelt kui ka \u00f5pilased personalilt. Keelekursusel osalevad hotelliteenindajad HT20-PV grupist, kokku 9 \u00f5pilast.<\/p>\n<p>Tegevus <strong>\u201eErialane eesti keel keskkoolij\u00e4rgsetele gruppidele\u201c<\/strong> \u00f5pe sisaldas nii \u00f5ppek\u00e4ike kui praktiliste tundide raames aktiivset keele\u00f5pet. Koka eriala \u00f5pilased (8) osalesid praktilises kondiitri\u00f5ppe tunnis koos \u00f5petaja Ellen Lesseliga. Teine praktiline tund toimus restoraniteeninduse \u00f5petaja Kaimar Palm juhendamisel. Keele\u00f5pe toimus l\u00e4bi aktiivse \u00f5ppetegevuse \u2013 v\u00f5eti l\u00e4bi kohvi valmistamine, flambeerimine ning mokteilid ja kokteilid. Esimesena k\u00fclastati Tallinna Botaaniakaeda, kus tutvuti Eesti s\u00f6\u00f6davate taimedega ning, mida taimedest tehti varem (19. saj) ja mida tehakse praegu. Jalutusk\u00e4igul \u201eMeelte aias\u201c \u00f5piti tundma ja nimetama erinevaid maitsetaimi ja r\u00e4\u00e4giti nende kasutusv\u00f5imalustest. Meiereis r\u00e4\u00e4giti juustude valmistamisest, degusteeriti erinevaid juuste ja kirjeldati \u00fcksteisele maitsete erinevuseid. Vastuv\u00f5tjaga arutati turustamise probleeme ja kuulati meierei tulevikuplaane ja v\u00e4ljakutseid. Jalutusk\u00e4ik Esna k\u00fclas ja ajalooga tutvumine. P\u00f5hjaka m\u00f5isa pere tutvustas oma tooteid ja andis ka maitsta. Jutustus sellest, kuidas tuli idee alustada \u00e4ri, haridusest, klientidest ja viinak\u00f6\u00f6gist. Restorani men\u00fc\u00fc kirjeldus v\u00f5eti ette ning r\u00e4\u00e4giti mida muutis elu koroona ajastul ja kuidas restoran oma toodangut sel ajal tarbijani toimetas. Jalutusk\u00e4igul P\u00f5hjaka aias saadi teada, mida restoran kohapeal kasvatab &#8211; maitsetaimed ja mida roogadeks valmistamb. Toidu valmistamise ajal r\u00e4\u00e4kis iga \u00f5pilane mida teeb, milleks ja kuidas. Vesteldi veel praktikakogemustest, mida on praktikal \u00f5pitud, mis \u00f5pilastele meeldib koka eriala t\u00f6\u00f6s, mis toite on praktikal valmistatud ning millised on \u00f5pilaste edasised plaanid peale kooli l\u00f5petamist.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d5pilaste tagasiside tunnile: \u201eLaborit\u00f6\u00f6 tund meeldis selle poolest, et erines klassit\u00f6\u00f6st ja sai nii t\u00f6\u00f6tada kui ka keelt praktiseerida.\u201c M\u00f5nede arvates keele \u00f5ppeprotsess sellisel kujul on lihtsam\/l\u00f5busam ja kasulikum. Viimasena lisa jahu ja sool. Rulli taigen parajaks paksuseks ja kata sellega seest tartaleti vorm. Vajuta \u00e4\u00e4red n\u00e4ppudega kinni, l\u00f5ika k\u00fcpsetuspaber paraja suurusega, aseta tartaletile ja vala p\u00e4rgamendile kuivatatud herned, need aitavad tartaletil ilusat vormi hoida. Pane kaussi munakollased, muna, sool, suhkur, sidrunimahl ja sidrunikoor seda vispliga \u00fchtlaseks massiks.
