Kolmandal augustil lendas Marta Berliini, kus ootas teda eriline, vaid magustoidu degustatsioonimen\u00fc\u00fcd pakkuv restoran <a href=\"http:\/\/coda-berlin.com\/en\/\">CODA<\/a>.\u00a0Tegemist on Michelini t\u00e4rniga p\u00e4rjatud restoraniga, kus on varasemalt olnud praktikal meie kooli vilistlane Anu Ristissaar. Anu blogi andiski Martale kindla soovi minna just sellesse restorani \u00f5ppima ja ta ei ole pidanud kahetsema. Men\u00fc\u00fc on eriline, k\u00f6\u00f6gitiim on super!<\/p>\n<p>Marta kirjutab:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Tulin kell 9:00. Sain selgeks t\u00f6\u00f6, millest algasid paljud minu j\u00e4rgmised p\u00e4evad: salat. Minu \u00fclesandeks on pesta suur kast j\u00e4\u00e4salatit \u2014k\u00f5ik lehed eraldi. Allesj\u00e4\u00e4nud \u201ckole\u201d salat sorteeritakse ja s\u00fc\u00fcakse hiljem l\u00f5unaks. Loetud salatit\u00fckid vakumeeritakse vahtrasiirupis ja \u00f5htul laotatakse silikoonvormidele ja kuivatatakse. Kooritud marjad loetakse ning sorteeritakse suuruse j\u00e4rgi. Marinaadist keedetakse kaste naturaalse paksendajaga. Kindlasti tuleb iga p\u00e4eva jooksul pressida mitusada grammi laimi- ja sidrunimahla. \u00d5nneks on tsitruseliste mahlapressi v\u00f5rdlemisi lihtne puhastada.<\/p>\n<p>Iga p\u00e4ev t\u00e4pselt kell 16:00 pestakse k\u00f5ik pinnad ning samal ajal valmistatakse l\u00f5una, mida s\u00fc\u00fcakse t\u00e4pselt kell 17:00.
