Rahvusk\u00f6\u00f6kide omap\u00e4ra tuleneb eelk\u00f5ige kliimast, piirkondlikust toorainest ning ajaloolisest-kultuurilisest taustast, neid tuntakse maa v\u00f5i piirkonna j\u00e4rgi \u2013 prantsuse, vene, itaalia, gruusia v\u00f5i juudi jne k\u00f6\u00f6k. Avardunud reisimisv\u00f5imaluste kaudu koju k\u00e4ttetulev maailm annab v\u00f5imaluse pakkuda rahvusk\u00f6\u00f6gist t\u00f5ukunud toiduelamust ka siinsetele restoranik\u00fclastajatele. Tallinna Teeninduskool soovib anda meie restoranide kokkadele \u00fclevaate erinevate maade rahvusk\u00f6\u00f6kidest ja ootab selleteemalisele koolitusele. Koolituse sihtr\u00fchmaks on v\u00e4hemalt p\u00f5hiharidusega ning olema madala v\u00f5i aegunud kvalifikatsiooniga t\u00f6\u00f6tav kokk toitlustusettev\u00f5ttes. Koolitused on m\u00f5eldud t\u00e4iskasvanutele, kes ei \u00f5pi kutse\u00f5ppeasutuses, rakendusk\u00f5rgkoolis v\u00f5i \u00fclikoolis taseme\u00f5ppes.Erialase hariduseta t\u00e4iskasvanud, keskhariduseta t\u00e4iskasvanud, aegunud oskustega elanikkond vanuses 50+.
