V\u00f5istkonnad saavad musta kasti koostisosad 10 minutit enne starti, peatooraineks on sel korral 2 kg kanakoibi. V\u00f5istkond koostab roa nime ja lihtsa retsepti inglise keeles ning annab selle \u017e\u00fcriile. V\u00f5istluse k\u00e4igus valmistavad kaks \u00f5pilast pearoa 6 portsjonina ja \u00f5petaja valmistab \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4kidest v\u00e4ikese <em>amuse bouche<\/em>&#8217;i 6 portsjonina. Tallinna Teeninduskooli esindavad \u00f5petaja Maria Stulova ja kolmanda kursuse koka\u00f5pilased Anna Volt\u0161kova ja Helmut Mitrovski. 2019. aastal tuli Tallinna Teeninduskooli v\u00f5istluse v\u00f5it, meeskonnas \u00a0Kirill Kisseljov ja Stanislav Petrov, keda juhendas Maria Stulova.
