V\u00f5istluse kandvaks ideeks on teadvustada j\u00e4\u00e4tmete teket toiduainet\u00f6\u00f6stuses ja restorani\u00e4ris; tulevikku saab uuena luua muutes kokkade m\u00f5tlemist alustades noorest p\u00f5lvkonnast.\u00a0Selleaastaseks pearoa p\u00f5hitooraineks oli kanakoib, millest tuli kahel koka\u00f5pilasel valmistada 6 portsjonit. \u00d5petaja \u00fclesandeks oli valmistada pearoa j\u00e4\u00e4kidest v\u00e4ike suupiste samuti kuue portsjonina. K\u00f5igi v\u00f5istkondade jaoks valmistasid korraldajad ette musta kastina \u00fchesugused koostisosad, mille sisu tuli nullj\u00e4\u00e4tmete kontseptsiooni kohaselt kasutada maksimaalselt \u00e4ra. Toitude valmistamisel tekkinud j\u00e4\u00e4tmed kaaluti ning lisaks maitsele, toitude terviklikkusele kaaluti ja hinnati ka tekkinud j\u00e4\u00e4tmeid. Lisatooraine v\u00f5istkondade poole polnud lubatud. Meeskond ei pea lisaaineid kaasa tooma. Toitude serveerimist toetas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.churchill1795.com\/\">Churchill n\u00f5udega<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gemoss.ee\/\">Gemoss<\/a>. Teko v\u00f5istkonna pearoaks oli t\u00e4idetud maisikanakoib kukeseene-bulguri, maapirnikreemi ja muskaatk\u00f5rvitsap\u00fcreega.
