Eestit esindas kokav\u00f5istlejana Maria Rezev, juhendajana Eesti kokavaldkonna World Skillsi ekspert Kristi Tiido. Maria sooritusele elasid kaasa Teko kokavaldkonna juhtiv\u00f5petaja Anne M\u00e4e ja \u00f5ppedirektor Tiina Plukk.<\/p>\n<div id=\"genially-animated-0c9a51f9-3d6c-4b8d-b77a-0cd568425e96\" class=\"genially-animated-wrapper\" data-initial-left=\"640.0003986492025px\" data-initial-top=\"158.42455695260745px\">\n<div id=\"0c9a51f9-3d6c-4b8d-b77a-0cd568425e96\" class=\"genially-view-item genially-view-text text-align-left interparagraph_small genially-view-text-indent-list-v4 genially-view-text-indent-paragraph-v5\" data-cy=\"textItemView\" data-genially-id=\"635ceafb8c673d0012ffd112\">Kokav\u00f5istlejad loositi v\u00f5istlusgruppidesse, vastavalt loosile tehti v\u00f5istlus\u00fclesanded kas hommiku- v\u00f5i \u00f5htupoolses vahetuses ning erinevatel p\u00e4evadel.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"genially-animated-c86a0a90-412a-42e9-9f41-96c45dad705d\" class=\"genially-animated-wrapper\" data-initial-left=\"645.0004374897563px\" data-initial-top=\"271.99697182395255px\">\n<div id=\"c86a0a90-412a-42e9-9f41-96c45dad705d\" class=\"genially-view-item genially-view-text text-align-left interparagraph_small genially-view-text-indent-list-v4 genially-view-text-indent-paragraph-v5\" data-cy=\"textItemView\" data-genially-id=\"635ceafb8c673d0012ffd112\">\n<p>Maria v\u00f5istlus\u00fclesanded:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>p\u00fchap\u00e4ev hommikupoolik: magustoidu valmistamine, rahvale vaadeldav, boksis pole ahju;<\/li>\n<li>esmasp\u00e4ev hommikupoolik: ettevalmistust\u00f6\u00f6de tegemine siseboksis, kaugemal rahvast, boksis pole ahju;<\/li>\n<li>teisip\u00e4ev hommikupoolik: eelroogade, pearoa, leivavaliku ja vegantoidu valmistamine, rahvale vaadeldav;<\/li>\n<li>kolmap\u00e4ev hommikupoolik: tehniline \u00fclesanne siseboksis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Kokkade v\u00f5istlus algas teoreetilise osaga. K\u00fcmne kohaliku tooraine hulgast tuli valida 5 ja neid kasutada oma men\u00fc\u00fcs v\u00e4hemalt 50% etteantud kogusest.\u00a0 Men\u00fc\u00fc kirjutada inglise keeles ning vastavalt sellele hinnati hiljem toite. Toitude valmistamise \u00fclesanded:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Valmistada kuum eelroog (kartulir\u00f6sti lisanditega), Olivie salat salat, Kiievi kotlet koos lisanditega ja vegantoit.<\/li>\n<li>Valmistada magustoit, peakomponent k\u00fcpsetis ja lisandid, mis on valmistatud kindlaks m\u00e4\u00e4ratud tehnikatega.<\/li>\n<li>Tehniline \u00fclesanne, kus l\u00fchikese aja jooksul pidi n\u00e4itama erinevate tehnikate oskust (pastataigna tegemine, munakollaste eraldamine munavalgetest, vahustamine, emulsioonkastme valmistamine).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kristi roll &#8211; \u00fcldjuhul on iga riigi ekspert ka kohtunik. Enne v\u00f5istlust teevad eksperdid kirjaliku inglisekeelse testi. Testi l\u00e4bi tegemine tagab, et k\u00f5ik eksperdid on p\u00f5hjalikult l\u00e4bi t\u00f6\u00f6tanud WorldSkills v\u00f5istluste hindamisjuhised ja m\u00f5istavad, kuidas toimub hindamine. Iga v\u00f5istlus\u00fclesannet hindab kaks kohtunikku. Objektiivsete hindamiskriteeriumide puhul peavad kohtunikud olema punktides \u00fchel n\u00f5ul. Subjektiivsete hindamiskriteeriumide puhul ei tohi erinevate kohtunike hinnangud erineda rohkem kui 1 punkt. Suurema erinevuse puhul peavad nad j\u00f5udma \u00fcksmeelele ja oma punkte vastavalt korrigeerima. Toitude maitset hindas s\u00f5ltumatu \u017e\u00fcrii, mis koosnes \u0160veitsi peakokkadest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Tehnilise \u00fclesande saavad v\u00f5istlejad ja eksperdid teada v\u00f5istluse alguses kohapeal, selleks ei saa kodus ette valmistuda.\u00a0Tehnilises \u00fclesandes oli vaja l\u00fc\u00fca lahti 15 muna, nii et munakollane ei l\u00e4heks katki &#8211; aeg max 2 minutit. Valmistada aja peale:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>beseetaigen<\/li>\n<li>Hollandi kaste<\/li>\n<li>pastataigen<\/li>\n<li>vahustada vahukoor<\/li>\n<li>vaniljekaste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Kogu \u00fclesanne kestis 1 tund. Iga etapp algas vilega ja v\u00f5istleja pidi k\u00e4ed \u00fcles t\u00f5stma kui \u00fclesande l\u00f5petas. Lisaks hinnati h\u00fcgieeni, t\u00f6\u00f6korraldust, valmistatava toote kaalu jpm.
