K\u00e4esoleva aasta kandvaks teemaks on <strong>hoolivus, j\u00e4tkusuutlikkus ja innovatsioon: Itaalia k\u00f6\u00f6k inimeste tervise heaks ja planeedi kaitseks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ambtallinn.esteri.it\/ambasciata_tallinn\/en\/ambasciata\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2022\/11\/la-vii-edizione-della-settimana.html\">Itaalia saatkond Tallinnas<\/a> on Eestisse kutsunud Itaaliat ja itaailia maitseid tutvustama Salerno provintsi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iisancelkeys.edu.it\/\">Castelnuovo Cilento hotelli- ja toitlustusinstituudi<\/a> \u00f5petajad Carmine la Mura, Raffaele Longo ja Marco Fenucciu ning \u00f5ppijad, kelle kool kannab oli Ameerika f\u00fcsioloogi <b>Ancel Benjamin Keys<\/b>\u00b4i (1904-2004) nime. Keys uuris toitumise m\u00f5ju tervisele ning p\u00fcstitas h\u00fcpoteesi, et toidu k\u00fcllastunud rasvade asendamine pol\u00fck\u00fcllastumata rasvadega v\u00e4hendab kardio-vaskulaarseid haigusi \u2013 t\u00e4na tunneme sellisel l\u00e4henemisel p\u00f5hinevat toitumist Vahemere dieedina. Alates esmasp\u00e4evast on toimunud Ancel Keys\u00b4i k\u00fclaliste juhtimisel Tallinna Teeninduskoolis Itaalia k\u00f6\u00f6gi meistriklassid, eesm\u00e4rk on propageerida Itaalia toidukultuuri, tooteid ja retsepte.\u00a0Lisaks sellele tutvustavad nad oma piirkonna suurep\u00e4raseid tooteid ja Vahemere dieedi eeliseid.<\/p>\n<p>Esmasp\u00e4eval valmistasid teise kursuse pagar-kondiitrid itaallaste juhendamisel desserte \u2013 traditsioonilist <em>panna cotta<\/em>\u00b4t,<em> pan di Spagna<\/em>\u00b4t (biskviiti) ja <em>biscotti di pasta frolla con sac a poche <\/em>(muretaignak\u00fcspiseid)<em>. <\/em>Teisip\u00e4eval valmistasid teise kursuse noored kokad Itaalia \u00f5petajate juhendamisel itaallastest \u00f5pilastega r\u00fchmat\u00f6\u00f6s erinevaid pastaroogi \u2013 <em>pasta al pomodoro con cacio ricotta<\/em> (pastat tomatikastme ja rikota juustuga), <em>tagliatelle burro e salvia<\/em> (tagliatelled v\u00f5i ja salveiga) ja<em> fusilli all&#8217;Amatriciana<\/em>. Pastatainad valmistati ise &#8211; nii munaga kui veganvariandis, samuti vormiti erineva kujuga pastatooted k\u00e4sitsi &#8211; nii <em>f<\/em><i>usilli<\/i> (spiraalikujuline pasta), paela meenutavad <em>t<\/em><i>agliatelle<\/i>\u00b4d (keras lintnuudlid) kui <i>elicoidali<\/i>\u00b4d (pikemad torukesed). <em>P<\/em><i>asta fresca <\/i>ehk v\u00e4rske pasta maitseb kordades paremini kuivatatud t\u00f6\u00f6stuslikest poolfabrikaatidest.
