Tegemist oli sisuka ja v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti ette valmistatud visiidiga, mis pakkus nii strateegilist kui ka praktilist inspiratsiooni AVARA kolled\u017ei arendamiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Suur ait\u00e4h meie kooli projektijuhile Astridile ning vastuv\u00f5tvale koolile ZBC. Programm oli mitmekesine, l\u00e4bim\u00f5eldud ja vastas v\u00e4ga t\u00e4pselt minu ootustele. Eriti soovin esile t\u00f5sta vastuv\u00f5tjaid\u00a0Tinat\u00a0ja Ivani, kelle professionaalsus ja p\u00fchendumus l\u00f5id kogu visiidi v\u00e4ltel v\u00e4ga toetava \u00f5hkkonna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suur\u00a0s\u00fcsteem,\u00a0selge\u00a0juhtimine\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclastuse\u00a0jooksul oli mul v\u00f5imalus kohtuda\u00a0kooli\u00a0direktoriga Michael Kaas-Andersen, kes\u00a0andis\u00a0p\u00f5hjaliku\u00a0\u00fclevaate\u00a0kooli\u00a0kujunemisest,\u00a0\u00fchinemistest\u00a0ning\u00a0juhtimisstruktuurist. ZBC on m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rselt\u00a0suurem\u00a0kui\u00a0meie\u00a0tulevane\u00a0kolled\u017e\u00a0ning\u00a0nende\u00a0\u00f5ppehooned\u00a0paiknevad\u00a0erinevates\u00a0linnades,\u00a0kuid\u00a0olenemata erisustest, on siiski sarnasusi piisavalt.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4ga huvitav oli nende mitmetasandiline juhtimismudel. Juhtimine on selgelt struktureeritud, vastutused jagatud ning protsessid l\u00e4bi m\u00f5eldud. Eraldi t\u00e4helepanu p\u00f6\u00f6ratakse juhtide v\u00e4rbamisele ning juhtimisp\u00f5him\u00f5tete kokkulepetele. See annab organisatsioonile stabiilsuse ka keerukates muutuste olukordades \u2013 teema, mis on ka AVARA loomisel \u00e4\u00e4rmiselt ajakohane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e4lisprojektid\u00a0kui\u00a0strateegiline\u00a0tegevus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esimesel\u00a0p\u00e4eval\u00a0sain\u00a0\u00fclevaate\u00a0ka ZBC\u00a0v\u00e4lisprojektide\u00a0korraldusest. Silma\u00a0j\u00e4i\u00a0nende\u00a0s\u00fcsteemsus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>selged prioriteedid nii k\u00fclaliste vastuv\u00f5tmisel kui ka oma t\u00f6\u00f6tajate l\u00e4hetamisel<\/li>\n<li>tugev meeskond, kus rollid ja vastutus on t\u00e4pselt jagatud<\/li>\n<li>selge\u00a0r\u00f5huasetus\u00a0kvaliteedile\u00a0ja\u00a0osakondadevahelisele\u00a0koost\u00f6\u00f6le<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See\u00a0ei\u00a0ole\u00a0juhuslik\u00a0lisategevus,\u00a0vaid\u00a0strateegiline\u00a0t\u00f6\u00f6riist\u00a0organisatsiooni\u00a0arendamisel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Turundus\u00a0ja\u00a0kommunikatsioon:\u00a0selge\u00a0fookus\u00a0ja\u00a0professionaalne\u00a0l\u00e4henemine\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teisel\u00a0p\u00e4eval\u00a0kohtusin\u00a0kommunikatsioonimeeskonnaga,\u00a0kes\u00a0tutvustas\u00a0oma\u00a0t\u00f6\u00f6korraldust\u00a0ja\u00a0turundusstrateegiat.\u00a0Mitmed\u00a0aspektid\u00a0olid\u00a0eriti\u00a0t\u00e4helepanuv\u00e4\u00e4rsed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aktiivne ja mitmekesine kanalite kasutus (Snapchat, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit)<\/li>\n<li>teadlik piirang \u2013 TikTokis esinevad ainult kaks t\u00f6\u00f6tajat, \u00f5ppijaid ei kasutata<\/li>\n<li>lisaks\u00a0digikanalitele\u00a0kasutatakse\u00a0ka kino-,\u00a0raadio-\u00a0ja\u00a0v\u00e4limeediat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meeskonnas\u00a0t\u00f6\u00f6tab\u00a08\u00a0inimest,\u00a0kelle\u00a0vastutusvaldkonnad\u00a0on\u00a0selgelt\u00a0jaotatud\u00a0(nt\u00a0sotsiaalmeedia,\u00a0intranet, press,\u00a0koduleht,\u00a0\u00fcritused).<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcllatav,\u00a0kuid\u00a0loogiline\u00a0oli\u00a0ka\u00a0nende\u00a0kodulehe\u00a0fookus\u00a0\u2013 see on\u00a0suunatud\u00a0peamiselt\u00a0sisseastujatele.\u00a0Olemasolevatele\u00a0\u00f5ppijatele\u00a0on\u00a0kodulehel vaid see info, mida seadusandlus n\u00f5uab.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zbc.dk\/\">https:\/\/www.zbc.dk\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00fcsteemne t\u00f6\u00f6 \u00fcldhariduskoolidega<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcheks v\u00e4ga praktiliseks ideeks, mida saaks kindlasti ka AVARAs edasi arendada, on nende koost\u00f6\u00f6 \u00fcldhariduskoolidega:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7. klassidele m\u00f5eldud m\u00e4nguline t\u00f6\u00f6tuba (erialade ja ametite tutvustus, seosed isikuomadustega)<\/li>\n<li>8. klassidele suunatud akadeemilisem programm (otsuste tegemine, arutelud, videod)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Programmid on h\u00e4sti struktureeritud, kestavad umbes 1,5 tundi ning kasutavad professionaalseid \u00f5ppematerjale (nt kaardid, pusled).<\/p>\n<p>Oluline p\u00f5him\u00f5te: need on koolidele tasuta. See \u00fchendab nutikalt turunduse ja haridusliku missiooni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personalijuhtimine ja intranet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kohtumine selle osakonna juhiga andis v\u00e4ga p\u00f5hjaliku \u00fclevaate personalipoliitikast ja juhtimiskultuurist.<\/p>\n<p>Peamised t\u00e4helepanekud:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kogu t\u00f6\u00f6taja teekond on l\u00e4bi m\u00f5eldud (preboarding \u2192 onboarding \u2192 t\u00f6\u00f6 \u2192 lahkumine)<\/li>\n<li>aktiivne andmete kogumine ja anal\u00fc\u00fcs (nt haiguslehed, t\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5u d\u00fcnaamika)<\/li>\n<li>intranet on \u00fcles ehitatud SharePointi baasil ning toimib igap\u00e4evase t\u00f6\u00f6 keskse t\u00f6\u00f6riistana (nt. Kalender, s\u00f6\u00f6gisaalide men\u00fc\u00fcd, v\u00e4ikesed tihedad k\u00fcsitlused, t\u00f6\u00f6kuulutused, pressis ilmunud artiklid kooli kohta, personalile vajalik dokumentatsioon jne)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Juhtimises kasutatakse mudelit, kus \u00fchel inimesel v\u00f5ib olla ka mitu juhti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>igap\u00e4evane juht (asukoha\/\u00fcksuse p\u00f5hine)<\/li>\n<li>erialane juht (\u00f5ppet\u00f6\u00f6, vahendid jne)<\/li>\n<li>inimeste juht (heaolu, suhted)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selline jaotus aitab paremini toetada t\u00f6\u00f6tajaid erinevates rollides ja vajadustes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kokkuv\u00f5te: inspireeriv ja suunav kogemus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuigi ZBC on AVARA kolled\u017eist suurem ja komplekssem organisatsioon, oli k\u00fclastus v\u00e4ga praktiline ja inspireeriv. Sain kinnitust, et:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>s\u00fcsteemne juhtimine on edu alus<\/li>\n<li>koost\u00f6\u00f6 ja selged rollid loovad toimiva organisatsiooni<\/li>\n<li>turundus ja hariduslik missioon saavad edukalt koos toimida<\/li>\n<li>personali juhtimine peab olema andmep\u00f5hine ja terviklik<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kokkuv\u00f5ttes oli tegemist v\u00e4ga innustava ja professionaalselt kokku pandud k\u00fclastusega!<\/p>\n<p>Suur t\u00e4nu veelkord ZBC Roskilde meeskonnale sooja vastuv\u00f5tu ja jagatud kogemuste eest.<\/p>\n<p>Minu ootused k\u00fclastusele (mille p\u00f5hjal programm kokku pandi):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>School management structure: how responsibilities are divided across different levels and campuses<\/li>\n<li>Composition, roles, and division of tasks within the school management team<\/li>\n<li>The headmaster\u00b4s role and work organization: how strategic leadership is ensured alongside daily operations<\/li>\n<li>The headmaster\u2019s \u201cdesk\u201d \u2013 which decisions reach the leader, and which are delegated<\/li>\n<li>Distribution of the principal\u2019s working time between different activities (strategy, people, operations, partnerships, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Leadership style and decision-making processes (involvement, collective leadership, autonomy)<\/li>\n<li>Formation of the management team and division of responsibilities (including across different buildings or departments)<\/li>\n<li>Team motivation and team events<\/li>\n<li>Internal communication \u2013 is there an intranet, and how is shared access to information ensured for all staff?<\/li>\n<li>External communication \u2013 to what extent is marketing and outreach used?<\/li>\n<li>Experiences from recent major changes (successes and challenges)<\/li>\n<li>Organization of teaching and learning in a large school (logistics, planning, sharing of teachers and facilities across buildings)<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation networks for school leaders in Denmark (e.g., with other
