Teisena v\u00f5ttis s\u00f5na\u00a0<strong>Anne M\u00e4e<\/strong>, kes r\u00e4\u00e4kis p\u00f5hjustest, miks tehakse igal aastal praktikakonverentsi, kust ja kuidas leida endale sobiv praktikakoht, kuidas k\u00e4ib praktikale minek ja praktika dokumentatsiooni korraldamine. S\u00f5na v\u00f5ttis ka direktor\u00a0<strong>Meeli Kaldma<\/strong>, kes r\u00e4\u00e4kis praktikav\u00f5imalustest v\u00e4lismaal. Praktikav\u00f5imalustest ja oma kogemustest r\u00e4\u00e4kisid ka mitu meie kooli \u00f5pilast, kes sel aastal k\u00e4isid praktikal Kreekas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Praktikakogemustest kooli restoranis ja s\u00f6\u00f6klas r\u00e4\u00e4kis koka\u00f5pilane\u00a0<strong>Liisa Turmann<\/strong>, kes soovitas minna kooli restorani praktikale, sest seal saab k\u00f5iges kaasa l\u00fc\u00fca ja k\u00f5ike proovida, kooli restoranis ei juhtu kindlasti seda, et praktikalt tagasi tulles oled ainult kartuleid koorinud ja sibulat hakkinud.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>J\u00e4rgmisena v\u00f5ttis s\u00f5na\u00a0<strong>Inga Paenurm<\/strong>\u00a0Eesti Peakokkade \u00dchendusest, kes on meie kooli vilistlane. Inga Paenurm r\u00e4\u00e4kis, et esimese praktikakoha valimine on v\u00e4ga t\u00e4htis, sest sellest saab alguse noore inimese kindlustunne ning arusaam, kas on valitud \u00f5ige eriala, kas sobitakse sellele erialale ning kas see on see, mida tahetakse teha. Praktikakoha valimisel tuleb olla h\u00e4sti t\u00e4helepanelik ning tuleb praktikakohale anda selgelt teada, millal ja miks soovitakse praktikale minna. Praktikakohta ise valides tuleb viisakalt p\u00f6\u00f6rduda ja teada t\u00e4pseid kuup\u00e4evi, millal on praktika aeg, ja teada ka praktikakava, et mida oodatakse praktikakohast.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>P\u00e4rast s\u00f5nav\u00f5tte algas \u00f5pilaste kohtumine klassides praktikaettev\u00f5tetega. Kohtuda oli v\u00f5imalik Sokos Hotel Viru, Meriton Hotels Group AS, Tallink Grupp AS, Radisson Blu Hotel Ol\u00fcmpia, Kohvik Till ja Kummel ning Restoran Mack Bar-B-Que esindajatega.
