Jahtunud v\u00f5i vahusta, lisa juurde \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud ained.<\/p>\n<p>RUKKIJAHUPANEERING TILLIGA<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>2 dl j\u00e4medat rukkijahu<\/li>\n<li>2 spl purustatud tilliseemneid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rukkijahu r\u00f6sti koos tilliseemnetega kuival pannil, kuni jahu hakkab pruunistuma. R\u00e4imed paneeri jahus ja prae \u00f5li-v\u00f5i segus 2-3 minuti jooksul kuldpruuniks.<\/p>\n<p>PUNAPEEDID<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>300 g v\u00e4iksemaid punapeete<\/li>\n<li>100 g marineeritud punast sibulat.<\/li>\n<li>veini\u00e4\u00e4dikat, rapsi\u00f5li, suhkrut, soola sibulate marineerimiseks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Peedid l\u00f5ika v\u00e4iksemaks ja keeda koos koorega soolaga maitsestatud vees. Seej\u00e4rel jahuta peedid kiirelt k\u00fclmas vees maha ja koorida. L\u00f5ika sektoriteks. Sibul l\u00f5ika \u00f5hukesteks<br \/>\nratasteks ja marineeri.
