Kallata juurde koor ja keeta veel 5 min. Leem kurnata ja maitsestada.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>2 kohafileed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Maitsestada kohafileed soolakurgi leemega ja lasta seista 10 min. Fileed kuivatada ja maitsestada soolaga. Fileed l\u00f5igata pikkupidi pooleks ja asetada teineteise peale, keerata toidukile abil tihkeks rulliks. K\u00fcpsetada auruahjus 50 \u00b0C. juures kuni filee sisetemperatuur on 50 \u00b0C.
