Kohustuslikud toorained\u00a0homsel v\u00f5istlusel on sea v\u00e4lisfilee kondiga, v\u00fcrtsikilu ja punane peet. Magustoidul profitrool, kama ja toorjuust.<\/p>\n<p>Tradistiooniliselt loositakse v\u00f5istlusel osalevad \u00f5pilased loositakse kaheliikmelistesse v\u00f5istkondadesse, nende \u00fclesandeks on valmistada pearoog, magustoit ja \u00fcllatustoit. Kokku osalevad v\u00f5istlusel 12 kooli \u00f5pilased Eestist, L\u00e4tist ja Leedust. Tallinna Teeninduskooli esindavad Andrei Kule\u0161ov\u00a0ja Krete\u00a0Saluste. Andrei tiimikaaslaseks sai loosi tahtel leedu t\u00fcdruk\u00a0 Gintare (<em>Kauno Maisto Pramones ir Prekybos Mokymo Centras \/\u00a0Kaunas Food Industry and Trade Training Centre<\/em>), Kretele valis loos paariliseks\u00a0Marat Lysy (Kuressaare Ametikool).<\/p>\n<p>Kohtunikke juhib paar n\u00e4dalat tagasi Tekos toimunud Noore Meistri poolfinaali hinnanud\u00a0Eesti Peakokkade \u00dchenduse president Rudolf Visnapuu (Estonia Resort Hotel &amp; Spa restoran NOOT).
