Oma CV-s toob Pavel esimesena \u00e4ra Teko kokandusv\u00f5istluse \u201eKuldne Kulp\u201c III koha aastast 2008. Lisaks ehivad Paveli trofeekappi 2013. aasta Eesti Aasta Koka esikoht, Baltic\u00a0Culinary Star 2014 I koht ja 2015. aasta San Pellegrino Young Chef II\u00a0koht. \u201eSuur au on olla Eesti esindaja Bocuse d\u00b4Or\u00a0kokandusol\u00fcmpial. Ma ei esinda seal mitte ainult iseennast, vaid kogu\u00a0Eestit. M\u00f5lemad restoranid on Teko \u00f5pilastele\u00a0h\u00e4sti tuntud, sest need on kooli praktikabaasid. V\u00f5istluse\u00a0reglemendi kohaselt on vaja riiki esindama lisaks peakokale ka\u00a0abikokka ja treenerit. Paveli puhul on treeneriks juba Bocuse d\u00b4Oril\u00a0k\u00e4inud Dmitri Haljukov ja abikokaks 2016. Eesti Noorkokal 2. koha\u00a0saavutanud Teko vilistlane Martin Kasperovit\u0161. Meeste s\u00f5nul on neil\u00a0k\u00e4imas hullumeelne ettevalmistus \u2013 juunikuises poolfinaalis tuleb\u00a0kastanid tulest v\u00e4lja tuua kohustusliku toorainena noorlooma\u00a0sisefilee, vasika harkn\u00e4\u00e4rme ja riisiga. Teise v\u00f5istlusroa tooraine\u00a0selgub vahetult enne v\u00f5istlust. Rahvusvaheline \u017e\u00fcrii hindab\u00a0v\u00f5istlust\u00f6\u00f6de juures men\u00fc\u00fc kontseptsiooni, maitset,\u00a0v\u00e4ljapanekut, kohaliku k\u00f6\u00f6gi erip\u00e4rade v\u00e4ljatoomist ning\u00a0tehnilisi oskusi ja toorainega s\u00e4\u00e4stlikku \u00fcmberk\u00e4imist.<\/p>\n<p>Bocuse d\u00b4Or finaalv\u00f5istlusele p\u00e4\u00e4seb 60 riigist 24 esindajat.\u00a0Toimub 60 riiklikku ja 4 regionaalset eelvooru. Euroopa eelvoorust \u00a0p\u00e4\u00e4seb edasi 10, Ameerika ja Aasia\u00a0 eelvoorudest kummastki 5,\u00a0Aafrikast 2 ja kaks riiki jokkeritena.\u00a02018. aasta on Eesti tiimile murranguline \u2013 alates 2007. aastast\u00a0Eesti v\u00f5istkonna ettevalmistusi vedanud Dimitri Demjanov pani maha Bocuse\u00a0d\u00b4Or Eesti presidendi ameti. Tema mantlip\u00e4rijaks sai samuti Teko\u00a0vilistlane Vladislav Djat\u0161uk. Bocuse d\u00b4Or 2018 Eesti meeskonnaks on Pavel Gurjanov (kandidaat),\u00a0Martin Kasperovit\u0161 (abikokk), Dmitri Haljukov (treener), Emmanuel Wille (tehniline treener)<\/p>\n<p>Eesti kandideerib 2020. aasta\u00a0Bocuse d\u00b4Or Euroopa v\u00f5istluse korraldusmaaks, konkurentidena on\u00a0lisaks Eestile s\u00f5elale j\u00e4\u00e4nud Horvaatia ja Poola.
