{"id":6609,"date":"2015-12-07T11:33:35","date_gmt":"2015-12-07T09:33:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.teeninduskool.ee\/?p=6609"},"modified":"2021-12-27T13:02:53","modified_gmt":"2021-12-27T11:02:53","slug":"toimus-mustvalgete-roogadega-ebatavaline-gurmee-ohtusook","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teeninduskool.ee\/?p=6609","title":{"rendered":"Toimus mustvalgete roogadega ebatavaline gurmee \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6k"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>26. novembril 2015 toimus Tallinna Teeninduskoolis ebatavaline gurmee \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6k, kus\u00a0<strong>k\u00f5ik road olid mustvalged!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Temaatilisele atmosf\u00e4\u00e4rile andis v\u00fcrtsi juurde ka interaktiivne toidu-<em>show<\/em>!\u00a0Kui tavaliselt j\u00e4\u00e4vad kliendid ja kokad omavahel v\u00f5\u00f5raks, siis seekord\u00a0<strong>avanes k\u00fclalistele harukordne v\u00f5imalus olla vahetus l\u00e4heduses \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6gi valmistajatega<\/strong>, kes lisaks toiduvalmistamisele, kandsid road ka ise lauda.<\/p>\n<p>Kulinaarse teatri korraldamine j\u00e4i teise kursuse koka eriala \u00f5pilaste \u00fclesandeks. \u00dchiselt, koos r\u00fchmajuhendajate Pirje P\u00e4rimetsa ja Kristi Tiidoga, istuti maha ja hakati m\u00f5tlema, mis see t\u00e4psemalt olla v\u00f5iks. Ajur\u00fcnnaku tulemusel s\u00fcndisid erinevad ideed ning kaalukausile j\u00e4i kaks erinevat \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6gi temaatikat: musvalged toidud ja \u201eAlice Imedemaal\u201c stiil. Kuna mustvalgete toitude leidmine tundus \u00f5pilastele suurem v\u00e4ljakutse, siis langes \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6gi temaatika valik esimese kasuks.<\/p>\n<p>Temaatika paika saadud hakati \u00fckshaaval kirja panema k\u00f5iki toite, mis on mustad ja valged. \u00d5pilased uurisid palju internetist ning juhendajad aitasid oma erialaste teadmistega, kuidas toitude v\u00e4rvusi h\u00f5lpsasti ja looduslikult muuta \u2013 \u00fcks t\u00f5hus viis on n\u00e4iteks marineerimine.<\/p>\n<p>Kui k\u00f5ik toidud, mis on v\u00f5i mida annab muuta mustaks v\u00f5i valgeks, olid kirja pandud, hakati nendest koostama men\u00fc\u00fcd. T\u00e4nu juhendajate suurep\u00e4rastele erialastele teadmistele ei osutunud see k\u00f5ige keerukamaks v\u00e4ljakutseks ning toitude valikute raskuse punktid said k\u00f5ik \u00fcletatud.<\/p>\n<p>Poole raskem on hoopis toitude visuaalse poole isu\u00e4ratavamaks muutmine. Piltlikult peab\u00a0toit\u00a0maitesma suurep\u00e4raselt ning v\u00e4ljan\u00e4gemiselt peab roog pakkuma suurt emotsionaalset naudingut. Kliendid on harjunud, et taldrikul on palju erinevaid v\u00e4rve ning k\u00f5ik n\u00e4eb hea v\u00e4lja.
