Kaido teadis juba\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/laagna.tln.edu.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Laagna G\u00fcmnaasiumis<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u00f5ppides, et istuv kontorit\u00f6\u00f6 talle ei sobi.\u00a0<strong>Ta soovis teha t\u00f6\u00f6d, kus on v\u00f5imalik midagi luua ning olla aktiivne. Nii asuski ta \u00f5ppima Tallinna Teeninduskoolis koka eriala,<\/strong>\u00a0mille 2012. aastal ka l\u00f5petas.<\/p>\n<p>Kaido s\u00f5nab, et peakokaks olemine t\u00e4hendab suurt vastutustunnet.\u00a0<strong>\u201ePeakokk peab korraga olema nii ps\u00fchholoog, \u00f5petaja kui ka \u00fclemus,\u201c lausub ta.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u201eTa organiseerib kogu k\u00f6\u00f6gi t\u00f6\u00f6d: koostab graafikuid, j\u00e4lgib laoseisu ning vajadusel tellib uut kaupa. Lisaks t\u00f6\u00f6tab v\u00e4lja uusi retsepte ning men\u00fc\u00fcsid, \u00f5petab kokkasid ja esindab restorani erinevatel \u00fcritustel,\u201c loetleb Kaido ette\u00a0 t\u00f6\u00f6\u00fclesandeid.\u00a0<strong>Seega on t\u00f6\u00f6 \u00e4\u00e4retult p\u00f5nev ja vaheldusrikas. Igav ei hakka kunagi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaido s\u00f5nul ei eelda peakokaks saamine kindlaid iseloomujooni.\u00a0<\/strong>\u201eMe k\u00f5ik oleme lihtsad inimesed koos oma heade ja halbade k\u00fclgedega,\u201c \u00fctleb ta. Tema s\u00f5nul peab iga kokk esialgu lihtsalt keskendumagi sellele, kuidas oma t\u00f6\u00f6d h\u00e4sti teha. \u201eEi tohi tekkida kinnisideed, et pean kindlasti saama peakokaks,\u201c on Kaido kindel.\u00a0<strong>\u201eTee oma t\u00f6\u00f6d ja tee seda h\u00e4sti!\u201c teab ta.<\/strong>\u00a0\u201eAjapikku tekivad visioonid, teadmised ja tuttavad ning siis tekivad ka v\u00f5imalused midagi suurt ja toredat korda saata,\u201c lausub Kaido.<\/p>\n<p>Kaidol oli restoranis t\u00f6\u00f6tamise kogemus juba enne Teko l\u00f5petamist, kuna noormees t\u00f6\u00f6tas mitmes restoranis juba \u00f5ppimise ajal.\u00a0<strong>Nii on ta n\u00e4iteks t\u00f6\u00f6tanud restoranis Okasroosike,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.restoranlusikas.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lusikas<\/a>\u00a0ning\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/egoist.estonia\/timeline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Egoist<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kaidol on hea meel, et on olemas selline kool nagu Tallinna Teeninduskool.\u00a0<strong>Eriti r\u00f5\u00f5msaks teeb teda kooli uus \u00f5ppekompleks ning tipptasemel laborid, mis on \u00f5pilastele suurep\u00e4raseks eelduseks saada parimat praktilist kogemust juba \u00f5ppimise ajal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaido meenutab, et \u00f5ppimine Tallinna Teeninduskoolis meeldis talle. \u00d5petajad olid vastutulelikud ning m\u00f5istvad.<\/strong>\u00a0\u201eTuleb ise initsiatiivi \u00fcles n\u00e4idata, siis suhtuvad ka \u00f5petajad sinusse m\u00f5istvalt,\u201c soovitab Kaido nii praegustele kui ka tulevastele Tekolastele.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kaido Metsa on\u00a0Gloria Veinikeldri\u00a0peakokk ning \u00fchtlasi ka Tallinna Teeninduskooli vilistlane.
