V\u00f5istlus\u00fclesandeks on valmistada etteantud toidukorvi alusel:<\/p>\n<p>\u203a 4 portsjonit\u00a0<strong>pearooga<\/strong>\u00a0(p\u00f5hikomponent hakklihast, s\u00f5mer tatar, t\u00fckeldatud k\u00f6\u00f6giviljalisand ja tuletatud\u00a0<em>Bechamel<\/em>\u00a0p\u00f5hikaste. Roa valmistamisel peab kasutama juustu).<\/p>\n<p>\u203a 4 portsjonit\u00a0<strong>j\u00e4relrooga<\/strong>\u00a0(kihiline magustoit riivleivaga)<\/p>\n<p>V\u00f5istlusetappides 1-6 v\u00f5istleb \u00fcks v\u00f5istlejatest (kordam\u00f6\u00f6da, vastavalt loosinumbrile). Viimases v\u00f5istlusetapis tuleb serveerida valmistatud toidud meeskonnat\u00f6\u00f6na<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(k\u00f5ik v\u00f5istlejad). Iga etapi l\u00f5pus hindab \u017e\u00fcrii, mis koosneb peakokkadest ja oma eriala spetsialistidest koos \u00f5pilas\u017e\u00fcriiga, etteantud \u00fclesannet. Piduliku l\u00f5unas\u00f6\u00f6gi teemalisest v\u00f5istlusest v\u00f5ivad osa v\u00f5tta k\u00f5ik Tallinna Teeninduskooli koka\u00f5pilased. Eelvoor toimub kirjalikult, koostada tuleb pidulik l\u00f5unas\u00f6\u00f6k, mis koosneb tervitussuupistest, pearoast ja desserdist,\u00a0 l\u00e4htudes\u00a0 toidukorvis olevast toorainest. Toidukorvis on kasutatud tooraineid, mis valiti v\u00f5itjate hulka konkursil Eesti Parim Toiduaine 2016. Peakoka\u00a0<strong>tervituse<\/strong>\u00a0kohustuslik tooraine on k\u00fclmutatud\u00a0<strong>krevetid<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Pearoog<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; kohustuslikud toorained on Tallegg\u00a0<strong>broileri rinnak<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>broileritiivad<\/strong>, sinna juurde lisand teraviljast.\u00a0<strong>Desserdi<\/strong>\u00a0p\u00f5hikomponendiks on\u00a0<strong>k\u00fcpsetis<\/strong>. Hinnatakse meisterlikkust (tehnoloogia, t\u00f6\u00f6korraldus, t\u00f6\u00f6 keerukus, s\u00e4\u00e4stlikkus), valminud kommide v\u00e4limust ja sisu ning kommide maitseomadusi. Lisaks j\u00e4lgitakse t\u00f6\u00f6h\u00fcgieeni. Lisaks\u00a0<em>casual\u00a0<\/em>l\u00f5unalaua katmine kahele ja lauateenindus. Esimese \u00fclesande puhul hinnatakse suhtlemisoskust, klienditeenindust, kaupade tundmist. Teise \u00fclesande hindamiskriteeriumiteks on v\u00e4ljapaneku korrektsus, kompositsioonitehnikate kasutamine, kaupade sobiv naabrus ja meeskonnat\u00f6\u00f6.
