Pearoa valmistamisel tuli l\u00e4htuda \u00fclesandest valmistada pidulik pearoog l\u00f5hest.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>V\u00f5istlust\u00f6\u00f6del hinnati iga toidu puhul eraldi toidu maitset (eelroog 1\u201310 punkti, pearoog 1-10 punkti), roa v\u00e4limust (eelroog 1\u20136 punkti, pearoog 1-6 punkti) ning iga v\u00f5istleja t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5tteid ja h\u00fcgieeni (1\u201310 punkti) \u2013 k\u00f6\u00f6git\u00f6\u00f6d hindavad Dina Aarma ja Anne M\u00e4e. V\u00f5istluse peaeesm\u00e4rk on propageerida koka eriala ja teadvustada \u00f5pilastele t\u00e4isv\u00e4\u00e4rtusliku toidu t\u00e4htust nii enda kui oma kaaskodanike ehk tulevaste klientide toidulaual.
