V\u00f5istluse peaeesm\u00e4rk on propageerida koka eriala ja teadvustada \u00f5pilastele t\u00e4isv\u00e4\u00e4rtusliku toidu t\u00e4htsust nii enda kui oma kaaskodanike ehk tulevaste klientide toidulaual.\u00a0Roogades kasutatav tooraine pidi olema oma p\u00e4ritolult v\u00e4hemalt 80% ulatuses eestimaine. V\u00f5istlejatel tuli valmistada pidulik eelroog ja dessert, allj\u00e4rgnevaid tingimusi arvestades.\u00a0\u00a0V\u00f5istlusi hindas k\u00f5rgetasemeline ja rahvusvaheline kohtunike \u017e\u00fcrii, mis koosneb 2 boksikohtunikust ja 6 maitsekohtunikust. Selleaastased kohustuslikud toorained olid eelroas r\u00e4im kolmel erineval k\u00fclm-v\u00f5i kuumt\u00f6\u00f6tlemisviisil ning desserdi kohustuslikud toorained t\u00e4istera kaer, \u00f5ietolm ja muskaatk\u00f5rvits.<\/p>\n<p>Tallinna Teeninduskooli esindasid v\u00f5istlusel<strong>\u00a0Roland Visnapuu<\/strong>\u00a0ja\u00a0<strong>Lilija Vitkovskaja<\/strong>. \u017d\u00fcrii on \u00f5htuks otsuse teinud ja Noorkokk 2018 on selgunud!
