Kuna vanemas vanusegrupis v\u00f5istleb ainult kolm v\u00f5istlejat, siis antakse v\u00e4lja ainult\u00a0I preemia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f5ppvoor<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>L\u00f5ppvoor toimub 04.03.2009.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00f5ppvooru tellitakse ja kaalutakse v\u00e4lja vajalik toidukaup vastavalt v\u00f5istleja eelvoorus esitatud aruandes olevale kaubatellimislehele.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00f5ppvoorus osalejad valmistavad road eelvoorus esitatud men\u00fc\u00fc ja tehnoloogiakaartide j\u00e4rgi.<\/li>\n<li>Eelroog serveeritakse 2,5 tunni p\u00e4rast.<\/li>\n<li>Igat rooga valmistatakse 2 portsjonit \u2013 \u00fcks pannakse v\u00e4lja esitluslauale ja teine viiakse \u017e\u00fcriile degusteerimiseks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u017d\u00fcrii hindab l\u00f5ppvoorus j\u00e4rgmist:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>t\u00f6\u00f6korraldust k\u00f6\u00f6gis;<\/li>\n<li>h\u00fcgieenin\u00f5uete t\u00e4itmist;<\/li>\n<li>toiduvalmistamise tehnoloogiat;<\/li>\n<li>toidu v\u00e4limust ja serveerimist;<\/li>\n<li>toidu maitset;<\/li>\n<li>men\u00fc\u00fc koostamist ja roogade omavahelist sobivust;<\/li>\n<li>toitude originaalsust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00f5istlejatel kohal olla\u00a0\u00a0<strong>04.03.2009, kell\u00a0 9. 00<\/strong>, 9.00-9.30 numbrite loosimine ja t\u00f6\u00f6paiga korda seadmine.
