Koos loosi teel saadud paarilisega saavutas teisel kursusel \u00f5ppiv Natalja aste k\u00f5rgemas kategoorias ehk kolmanda kursuse \u00f5pilaste seas esimese koha. K\u00e4thlin tuli II kursuse \u00f5pilaste hulgas koos oma paarilisega teisele kohale.<br \/>\nEsikoha v\u00f5itnud Natalja s\u00f5nul pole ta varem Hollandi kastet valmistanud, k\u00fcll aga oli ta sellest lugenud. Toitlustuse erialade juhtiv\u00f5petaja\u00a0<strong>Anne M\u00e4e<\/strong>\u00a0lisas vaimustunult, et Hollandi kastme valmistamine pole lihtne \u00fclesanne ka kogemustega kokale ja seda v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikum see v\u00f5it on. M\u00e4e avaldas samas kiitust t\u00fcdrukute koka\u00f5petaja\u00a0<strong>Diane Sarapuu-Kelderile<\/strong>, kelle k\u00e4e all on sadade teooria- ja laboritundide jooksul K\u00e4thlinist ja Nataljast sirgunud suurep\u00e4raste oskuste ja teadmistega noorkokad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ma olin t\u00e4iesti rahulik ja enesekindel ning mul vedas ka loosiga, sain paariliseks Kuresaare Ametikooli \u00f5pilase, kes teadis k\u00f6\u00f6ki nagu oma viit s\u00f5rme ja meil sujus ka \u00fcksteisega l\u00e4bisaamine &#8211; vaidlemist v\u00f5i \u00fcksteisele oma ideede pealesurumist ei toimunud,&#8221; \u00fctles Natalja. &#8220;Teiseks po\u0161eerisime muna, mille kollane pidi j\u00e4\u00e4ma vedelaks, ja see \u00f5nnestus meil suurep\u00e4raselt.&#8221; Natalja Vronskaja paariliseks oli Kuressaare Ametikooli \u00f5pilase Loore Kuris. V\u00f5istlus\u00fclesandena oli vaja planeerida ja valmistada kahek\u00e4iguline men\u00fc\u00fc kolmele inimesele pimekorvi toiduainetest. Pearoa kohustuslikeks komponentideks oli maheveise sisefilee, maheveise keel ja punane v\u00e4rske ploom. J\u00e4relroa kohustuslikuks toiduks oli\u00a0<em>panna cotta<\/em>\u00a0koos k\u00fcpsetisega. Me oleme koolis palju harjutanud paneerimist ja see oskus t\u00f5i hea koha v\u00f5istlusel.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>II kursuse \u00f5pilaste v\u00f5istlusel sai loosi tahtel K\u00e4thlin Lahe paariliseks Tartu KHK \u00f5pilase Reio Reesalu. V\u00f5istlus\u00fclesandeks oli vaja valmistada kolmele inimesele r\u00e4imepihv ning kohupiima-purukook lisanditega. P\u00f5hikomponentide valmistamiseks olid ette antud tehnoloogiakaardid. M\u00f5lema roa lisandid tuli noortel ise v\u00e4lja m\u00f5elda toorainetest, mis \u00fcldlaual v\u00e4lja oli pandud. Hindamiskomisjon andis lisa\u00fclesande, milleks sel aastal oli v\u00f5ileib.<\/div>\n<div>Sel aastal oli v\u00f5istlus rahvusvaheline, lisaks meie kutsekoolide koka eriala \u00f5pilastele osalesid L\u00e4ti ja Soome noorkokad. V\u00f5istlus oli pingeline ja tase eri meeskondade vahel tasav\u00e4gine. \u00d5pilastele oli huvitavaks kogemuseks t\u00f6\u00f6tada v\u00f5\u00f5ras k\u00f6\u00f6gis ja loosi teel saadud teise kooli \u00f5pilasega, kellega saadi tuttavaks alles v\u00f5istluse alguses. See eeldab lisaks v\u00e4ga heale toiduvalmistamise oskusele ka head suhtlemisoskust ja kaaslasega arvestamist.
