Mis tegelikult hakkab juhtuma, kui tainas on segatud? Raamatust leiab uusi tehnikaid t\u00f6\u00f6tlemiseks, n\u00e4pun\u00e4iteid leiva valmistamiseks erinevates ahjudes ja uuenduslikke v\u00f5imalusi maitse arendamisele \u2013 selle tarbeks on l\u00e4bi t\u00f6\u00f6tatud ja innustamiseks ette valmistatud rohkem kui 1200 retsepti. Lisaks tehakse tagasivaade leivavalmistamise ajalukku, j\u00e4lgitakse leiva kujutamist kunstis \u2013 neid k\u00e4sitlusi toetavad ka l\u00e4biproovitud retseptid.
