Koos Teko \u00f5pilaste ja \u00f5petajatega valmib 100 portsjonit forellist valmistatud roog, tooraine eest seisab hea Kalanduse teabekeskus. Kalan\u00e4dala projekt toimub Eesti toidu kuu raames \u2013 k\u00fcmnesse kutsekooli \u00fcle Eesti l\u00e4hevad k\u00fclla tippkokad, kes \u00f5petavad koolide kokanduseriala \u00f5pilastele kohalikust kalast roogasid valmistama. Kalan\u00e4dal toimub neljandat korda, selle aasta agendaks on kokku viia praegused ja tulevased tippkokad.\u00a0Kalanduse Teabekeskuse juhataja Toomas Armulik:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Tutvustame kalan\u00e4dalal tippkokkadega \u00f5pilastele kohalike kalakasvanduste kalasid, millest on v\u00f5imalik valmistada maitsvaid roogasid. Kui praegused koka\u00f5pilased tulevikus oma restoranid avavad, siis loodame, et nende men\u00fc\u00fcdes n\u00e4eb ka kodumaisest kalast tehtud toite.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"Text__Paragraph-sc-7duf75-0 hQssPr\">Kalan\u00e4dalal osalevad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teeninduskool.ee\/\">Tallinna Teeninduskool<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kehtna.edu.ee\/\">Kehtna Kutsehariduskeskus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ametikool.ee\/\">Kuressaare Ametikool<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hkhk.edu.ee\/\">Haapsalu Kutsehariduskeskus<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivkhk.ee\/avaleht\/\/\">Ida-Virumaa Kutsehariduskeskuse J\u00f5hvi \u00f5ppekoht<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olustvere.edu.ee\/\">Olustvere Teenindus- ja Maamajanduskool<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vikk.ee\/\">Viljandi Kutse\u00f5ppekeskus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/khk.ee\/\">Tartu Kutsehariduskeskus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hariduskeskus.ee\/\">P\u00e4rnu Kutsehariduskeskus<\/a> ja <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rak.ee\/\">Rakvere Ametikool<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text__Paragraph-sc-7duf75-0 hQssPr\">Kutsekoolide kokanduse eriala \u00f5pilastega valmistavad kalaroogasid peakokad Juhan Heinsalu, Allar Oeselg, Oleg Belousov, Aleksandr Niko\u0161kov, Martin Meikas, Madis P\u00f5ld, Urpo Reinthal, Mart Kukk, Taigo Lepik ja Inga Paenurm. S\u00fc\u00fca valmistatakse tuurast, angers\u00e4gast, angerjast, karpkalast ja forellist.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text__Paragraph-sc-7duf75-0 hQssPr\"><em>Kalan\u00e4dalat korraldab Kalanduse Teabekeskus ja korraldamist rahastatakse Euroopa Liidu Merendus- ja Kalandusfondist 2014\u20132020.
