T\u00e4htajast hiljem esitatud t\u00f6\u00f6d konkursile ei p\u00e4\u00e4se.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #cd2662;\"><strong>L\u00f5ppvoor<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00f5istlus toimub 30. jaanuaril \u00f5ppelaboris B014<\/li>\n<li>V\u00f5istlejal on laual v\u00f5istlust\u00f6\u00f6\u00a0 tehnoloogia kaart.<\/li>\n<li>Spetsiifilised t\u00f6\u00f6vahendid on v\u00f5istlejal kaasas.<\/li>\n<li>Pirukad eksponeeritakse aatriumis \u00fchise v\u00e4ljapanekuna, korraldaja poolt antud alusel.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00f5istlejal on kohustus kasutada v\u00e4hemalt \u00fchte juustu valikust: mozzarella, feta, parmesan. Maksimaalne kasutatav juustu kogus on 200 g. Teised vajaminevad toorained tellitakse vastavalt tehnoloogia kaardile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Teko Pagar 2020\u00a0 hindamiskriteeriumid:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meisterlikkus (tehnoloogilised oskused, t\u00f6\u00f6korraldus, t\u00f6\u00f6 keerukus) 1\u201325 punkti<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toote v\u00e4limus ja sisu (vastavus tehnoloogia kaardile ja toote tutvustusele) 1\u201325 punkti<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toote maitseomadused (konsistents, maitsesobivus) 1\u201325 punkti<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00f6\u00f6h\u00fcgieen (t\u00f6\u00f6koha puhtus, isiklik h\u00fcgieen) 1\u201325 punkti<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kui v\u00f5istluse koondtulemus on v\u00f5rdne, m\u00e4\u00e4ratakse k\u00f5rgem koht v\u00f5istlejale, kelle toote maitseomadused olid paremad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ajakasutus: <\/strong>V\u00f5istlust\u00f6\u00f6de valmistamiseks on aega 4 tundi. Ajalimiidi \u00fcletamisel arvestatakse iga \u00fcletatud minut miinuspunktina ja v\u00f5etakse maha \u00fchekordselt l\u00f5pp-punktisummast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Autasustamine:<\/strong> kolme paremat osalejat autasustatakse diplomi ja kingitusega. \u017d\u00fcriil on \u00f5igus v\u00e4lja anda eripreemiaid.
